Easy Pancakes Recipe
Did you know that you can make pancakes using the slow cooker? Yes, it’s true and the result is super delicious. You should try this super Easy Pancakes Recipe. This is a great brunch dish or a dinner for supper. It is also great if you leave for work before your kids.
Easy Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
2 TBS of Honey
I used a pancake mix that was the complete version
I added the almond milk instead of water but you can use rice milk or regular milk.
I added in three eggs to make it fluffy
Instructions
You will need to spray the crock pot down.
Then you put the pancakes that you have mixed up in the crockpot.
I tap it to make sure it is even.
Then I added in the fresh fruit and I put the honey on top.
Close the crockpot and cooked it on low for 3 hours.
Then took it out of the crockpot and let the crockpot pot cool.
I then cut out the pancakes and served them.
Serve with fresh fruit on the top and whip cream if you dare
