Slow Cooker Beef Broccoli

This Slow Cooker Beef Broccoli taste identical to the Chinese dish you get at Take Out.

Unfortunately, we had no leftovers for lunch the next day. We are a big fan of Chinese food, so this was a hit.

Slow Cooker Beef Broccoli

Yield: 8-10 servings

Slow Cooker Beef Broccoli


2lbs of your favorite beef sliced thinned (I used round steak)
2 c of beef broth
1 c of soy sauce
1/2 c brown sugar,
3 T sesame seeds
4 cloves of garlic, minced
4 T of corn starch
2-3 lbs broccoli florets


In a small bowl combine broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar until dissolved
Place beef in slow cooker with sauce on top
Add sesame seeds and minced garlic
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Mix corn starch with 4 T of sauce from slow cooker in a bowl
Add mix back into the slow cooker, stir gently
Add room tempature broccoli to the slow cooker
Cook on High for 40 minutes or until broccoli is cooked
Serve over white rice or your favorite fried rice recipe


Freeze leftovers with rice. Heat up in micorwave.
