Our whole family loves cheeseburgers, so I decided to make cheeseburger pie without the gluten. I am trying to watch my carb intake, so this was a perfect and satisfying meal for my Trim Healthy Mama plan(S Meal). You know me, I convert everything to a slow cooker method and this recipe was adapted from the book, Trim Healthy Mama.
And not one complained that there was not a bun. Nobody missed it!
