This delicious Polska Kielbasa Recipe with Beer and Onions happens to be one of my favorite slow cooker recipes.

The carmelized onions are to die for. I always put an extra onion or two in the slow cooker.

Unfortunately, we are not one to have brown ale or dark beer in refrigerator, but I found I was able to buy a single bottle at the convenient stores by our home.

Slow Cooker EASY Polska Kielbasa Recipe

Cook Time: 6 hours

Yield: Serves 6-8

Slow Cooker EASY Polska Kielbasa Recipe

Feel free to add more onions because they are so sweet and tasty.

Ingredients

2 lbs of keilbasa sausage, cut into 4 in pieces
2-3 onions, quartered
1/3 c of honey mustard
1/3 c of brown sugar
1 bottle of brown ale or beer

Instructions

Whisk mustard, brown sugar, and ale in slow cooker
Place sausage in slow cooker in mixture
Place onions on top of sausage
Cook on low for 4-6 hours
Stir occasionally

Notes

You can subsitute beef or turkey sausage if you choose.
