Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipes


We have tasted many slow cooker pulled pork recipes, but this one is the easiest and tastiest for our family.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 7 hours

Yield: Serves 8-10

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe


2-3 lbs Pork Tenderloin or Pork Roast (I prefer a tenderloin)
1 8 oz can of Root Beer or Dr Pepper
1 18 oz bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce
onions, sliced (optonal)


Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or use slow cooker liners
Place pork in slow cooker
Pour the can of soda on top of pork
Cook on low for 6 hours
Pour 1/2 bottle of BBQ Sauce on top of pork
Cook for 45 minutes or until BBQ sauce is warm on low
Shred pork just like you shred chicken (check out the easy way)
Serve on buns with onions and extra BBQ sauce


This freezes wonderful. When you reheat, just add a bit of water to the meat mixture for 2-3 hours on low.

Honestly, I don’t think dinner gets much easier than this, huh? You can’t mess this one up.
