I am always looking for an EASY recipe: Spinach Artichoke Dip that tastes as good as in the restaurants!
And my husband came to my rescue!
This recipe is so tasty, and I prefer to eat it with Pita Chips, but carrots are great served with this recipe: spinach artichoke dip.
Slow Cooker Recipe: Spinach Artichoke Dip
This make a lot. I froze half of it for a later date. It came out wonderful.
Ingredients
3 cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
18-24 oz frozen spinach, drained and thawed
1 1/2 C grated or shaved parmesan cheese
1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C heavy cream or half & half
2 Garlic cloves, finely minced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray or use slow cooker liners
Place all ingredients in 4-6 quart slow cooker
Cook on low 4- 6 hours
