Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs Recipe
Today I wanted to share with you a yummy new recipe I tried over the weekend. My husband loves any kind of meatball and since he was off for a few days this week I decided to make a yummy pot of Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs Recipe that I served over egg noodles. This recipe is easy to make and is full of flavor. Let’s check out how to make it:

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 Can Beef Broth
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1 tsp onion powder
1 clove garlic (chopped)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Egg Noodles (optional)
Instructions
First, in a bowl add your beef, pork, breadcrumbs, onion powder, eggs, garlic, and salt and pepper. Using your hands, mix your ingredients until well blended.

Then, form 2" balls out of your meat and line the bottom of your slow cooker with them. Build a second layer on the outside edge of the slowcooker (so they will cook faster, the edges get hotter than the middle).
Next, pour your can of beef broth and both cans on mushroom soup on top of your meatballs and season with salt and pepper. Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 2-3 hours. Mixing every hour or so.

Finally, cook some egg noodles according to package instructions and serve your meatballs on top for a super tasty meals
