Caramel Upside Down Pineapple Cake
I love desserts and recently I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen to make delicious desserts using my favorite kitchen tool which is my slow cooker. My latest creation is this Slow Cooker Caramel Upside Down Pineapple Cake recipe. I love how easy to make this is and it’s moist and delicious, a perfect snack or dessert treat for the family.
Caramel Upside Down Pineapple Cake Recipe
Caramel Upside Down Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
1 can of Pineapple crushed
1 can of Pineapple rings
white cake mix 1/2 a box
yellow cake mix 1/2 a box
1 cup of brown sugar
caramel cubes 1 cup
according to the package: eggs ,oil, milk
cool whip to frost if you want
Instructions

Make the cake mix in accordance with the directions except add the can of crushed pineapple.
Then spray down the pan crockpot with a cooking spray.
Then place the brown sugar spread evenly on the bottom of the crockpot.
Then put the rings of pineapple in the bottom of the crockpot.
Then pour in the cake mix.
Place the cake on low for 3 hours.
Then add the caramel on the top to melt.
The cake should be almost done it usually takes 4 hours.
Once it is done let it cool by removing the crockpot dish from the heating unit.
When it is cool, turn it over and tap it on the plate.
Once it has cooled then put on the cool whip.
