Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas Recipe Easy and Delicious
Using my crock pot during the winter months is one of my favorite ways to cook. Crock pot meals are always hot and tender, and your whole home will smell delicious all day long. Plus, not having to stand in the kitchen for up to an hour cooking is always nice too right, ha! This crock pot chicken fajitas recipe is easy and delicious sure to be a crowd pleaser and has a nice little kick if you enjoy things a little spicy.

Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas Recipe Easy and Delicious
Ingredients
2 Pounds Chicken Breast
1 packet taco seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes and green chilis
red, yellow, and orange peppers, diced
(optional) tortillas, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro
Instructions

First, lay your chicken down at the bottom of your crock pot and coat with taco seasoning.

Next, pour in your tomatoes, onion, and peppers. Mix it up and set on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.

Then, after your chicken is cooked shred and place back in crock pot. Continue cooking on LOW for about 30 minutes.

Top with fresh cilantro and cheese and serve on tortillas.
